Refund Policy

At The Everyday Apothecary Handbook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you are stocking your physical shelves or building your digital library, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns and refunds.
1. Physical Products (Books & Physical Goods)
We have a 30-day return policy for all physical items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn, unused, and in resalable condition.
- For books: Spines must be unbroken, and pages must be free of writing, highlighting, or dog-ears.
- In its original packaging (if applicable).
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Digital Products (E-books, Guides, & Downloads)
Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate, intangible nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital items once the purchase is complete and the download link has been accessed.
Exceptions for Technical Issues: If you experience any technical issues (e.g., a corrupted file, failure to receive the download link, or inability to open the file), please contact us immediately at [Insert Support Email Address]. We will work with you to ensure you receive a working copy of the product you purchased.
3. Damages and Issues (Physical Orders)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds (Physical Orders)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If rejected: If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
6. European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
